I heard from our agency director today - not great news at all!
First of all, our dossier is still in translation at CCAA.
Second, our agency director said she was still trying very hard to arrange it so we travel in June but she just doesn't know now. I truly know they are doing everything they can to make sure we do but only CCAA can issue that Letter Seeking Confirmation.
Some other families in our travel group have received their Letters from CCAA and they will be traveling in May. This is fantastic for them!! But... oh so heartbreaking for those of us still waiting for our Letters.
And definitely no updates on little Evan - the orphanage/Province will not give any information out about the children.
So, not a great day for adoption news, that's for sure!

Agh.... SO sorry to hear that! It must be extremely frustrating. Just try to enjoy your time up until June. It'll go faster than ever. Hope all goes well.

Oh, Tammy, this is so hard. I'm so sorry that you didn't get good news. BUT you know better than anyone, that things can change in a second. Keep the faith...

Hang in there. It is so obviously clear that God orchestrated this adoption. It WILL come through - in His time. Take care and try to use this time to get things done that you might not get done once you are a busy mum of four kiddos!!

I know this is hard. When His time brings you and Evan together, these labour pains will cease, and become a distant memory. In the meantime, trust that the Father will hold him close, and I wonder, when do ya think they'll make an epidural for adoptive parents???
I could sure use one, too!

We are getting a care package ready to send to Hanlin. Not sure if we'll receive updates or not. Just keeping our fingers crossed.

Oh Tammy!!! What a bummer....but keep the faith. It can happen. Tracey in our travel group got a MIRACLE and was able to travel with us......Yulin will be working her magic!!
